Cops nab impaired drivers

first_imgThe Fort St. John RCMP detachment cracked down on impaired and aggressive drivers this past weekend. Officers took part in a spring enforcement campaign, to make sure drivers were obeying the law.- Advertisement -Police caught 25 impaired drivers, eight of which are now facing criminal charges for driving under the influence. Police also executed one Canada-wide warrant under the Canada Immigration Act.In addition, 68 drivers were caught for not wearing their seatbelts, officers seized drugs from six vehicles, and 81 other violation tickets were issued.
