Cortland County Sheriff: Arrest made in sexual abuse case

first_imgThe Cortland County Sheriff’s Office says 55-year-old David C. White was arrested for having “inappropriate contact” with a juvenile between 2010 and 2013. They say White was arraigned in the town of Homer and City of Cortland. He was then remanded to the Cortland County Jail on no bail and is scheduled to reappear in court on Jan. 7 The sheriff’s office says White has been charged with six counts of sex abuse in the 1st degree, a class D felony and six counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.center_img (WBNG) — Authorities say an arrest has been made in an investigation into a sex abuse incident in Cortland County on Dec. 31.last_img
