Ordained to the priesthood in 1969 he served as Catholic chaplain at Boston University — eventually leaving the priesthood to become a novelist and playwright. A prolific writer, Carroll now lives in Boston and is a frequent contributor to The New Yorker. His long list of important books includes “Constantine’s Sword” and “Christ Actually: The Son of God for the Secular Age.” Carroll will also preach at 9:00 & 11:15 a.m. Books will be available for purchase.For information call (626) 796-1172.
